Our commitment is to achieve 100% accuracy in both quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Here’s an overview of our shipping policies:
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
- In-stock merchandise orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are additional.
Standard Shipping:
- Orders will be shipped according to corporate shipping guidelines.
- We do not ship to Post Office (PO) boxes.
Express Shipping:
- Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time may be shipped the same day, pending credit card authorization.
- Our aim is to maintain 100% accuracy in quantity and timeliness for all shipments.
- Orders for in-stock merchandise are processed Monday-Friday, and we strive to ship them within 24 hours.
Tracking Packages:
- An order tracking number will be provided on your order status page.
- You can track the package by clicking directly on the tracking number.
- Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking information to appear on USPS, FedEx, or UPS websites.
- In case of any questions about your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Packing Slip Confirmation:
- All orders should arrive with a packing slip.
- Please verify that the information on the packing slip matches the materials in the box.
- If you notice any discrepancies or damage to the box, please make a note of it.
COVID-19 Status Updates:
- Production Process & Dispatch Time: Our products are made to order, leading to a handling time.
- Most products usually ship within 7-10 days, while licensed products typically ship within 7-15 days.
- During holidays (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), shipping times may be extended by an additional 3-5 days.

We offer low flat-rate shipping for both US and international customers, allowing you to order as many items as you want without paying more than the specified flat rate.
Please be aware that apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) take approximately 2-7 business days to create, while non-apparel products (posters, etc.) take 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on product type and destination. While 95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, more than half are shipped within 3 business days or less.
